Where we ship

We currently accept orders for eligible United States addresses. Standard shipping is free for the current car-care collection. Any applicable taxes and other order charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping origin and timing

Products are fulfilled by our shipping partner in China. Allow an estimated 1–3 days for processing before dispatch. Current estimated transit times to the United States are 4–9 days for the Cordless Car Washer Kit and 5–11 days for the Microfiber Car Wash Sponge and Microfiber Finishing Towel.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Supplier availability, weekends, holidays, customs, weather and carrier delays can extend processing or delivery. An order is not considered dispatched until the carrier has received it; a tracking number alone may be created earlier.

Tracking and separate packages

Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch. Tracking updates can take time to appear. Items in one order may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.

Address changes, delays and missing deliveries

Please check your shipping address before ordering. Contact us promptly to request a change; changes may not be possible once processing starts. If tracking stops updating, an estimated arrival has passed, or a package marked delivered is missing, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier and work with you on an appropriate resolution. For a material shipping delay, we will contact you about an updated estimate and available cancellation or refund options.
