About this store

Novi Supply operates this online store for portable car-washing and car-care products. These terms apply to purchases made through our store, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information when placing an order. Prices are displayed in US dollars unless checkout clearly states otherwise. The final total, including applicable taxes and charges, is shown before you submit your order. Payment is processed through the methods offered at checkout.

Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, or discover a material pricing or product-description error, we will contact you with the available options. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If an order is canceled after payment, we will refund the canceled items to the original payment method.

Products and safe use

Read the exact product description, selected options, included equipment and instructions before buying. Photos may show a product in use or illustrate included parts; check the description for the selected kit or pack. Colors can appear different on different screens.

Follow the product instructions and use equipment only for its intended purpose. Check compatibility before buying attachments or batteries. Use the specified charger, keep electrical components away from water as instructed, and stop using damaged equipment. Avoid directing a washer spray at people, animals, electrical equipment or delicate surfaces. Test an appropriate spray pattern on a small area first.

Delivery, changes and returns

Processing and transit estimates, shipment tracking and delivery support are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation requests, returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us promptly when you need help with an order.

Use of the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security or operation, submit fraudulent orders, or copy store content in a way that infringes another party's rights. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy practices apply.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms removes legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply to future orders and do not change the terms of an order already placed without your agreement.

Questions about the store or these terms can be sent through our contact form.
